During this extensive refurbishment we worked with the client and contractor for this project.
Our objective was not only to provide traditional sliding sash windows but due to the isolated sea front location, performance was critical.
For this project we supplied custom made Timber sliding sash windows, which were painted both internally and externally.
The windows and doors were fitted with Softcoat Low E and Argon filled glazing and modern Chrome ironmongery.
We were also commissioned to supply the timber bi-folding doorsets to the frontage of both apartments, and the main access doors which were fitted with multi-point locking mechanisiums.
