Project: La Colombiere Guernsey Channel Islands
This Project was a high specification, contemporary new build. We were required to achieve a high level specification complete with performance and narrow sight lines.
During this project we worked direct with the client and Main Contractor.
We supplied and installed 17no Aluminium Tilt/turn windows, 1no Atrium Roof Lantern and 10no Bi-folding and Entrance doorsets. For this project we supplied and fitted Aluminium powder coated systems from Germany, all products were coated with a “marine finish” protection due to the coastal location.
Our doors were fitted with high security multi-point locking systems and low level thresholds. All products were fitted with Low E Argon filled Tinted glazing and Stainless Steel ironmongery.
The Atrium Roof Lantern was also fitted with integral roof vents combining wind and rain sensors to enable our client to have full control over the ventilation in the dining area.
